Shipping and returns

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in mainland Spain. We do not deliver to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain.

Cost and timing

Delivery costs €7.00 per order, VAT included, whatever the number of items. It is added to the total before you pay, so you see the final amount in the cart.

Delivery takes a maximum of 5 working days from the moment the payment is confirmed.

On arrival

Check the parcel when it arrives. If there is visible damage, note it with the courier and let us know within 24 hours, with photos, at info@foracal.es.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. Write to info@foracal.es with your order number and we'll tell you how to return it. You may open it and handle it as much as you need to establish what it is and how it works, just as you would in a shop; you are only liable for any loss in value beyond that. Keeping the original packaging helps. There is a withdrawal form if you prefer to use one. Return postage is at your expense. We refund everything you paid, including the €7 delivery, within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the product or of your proof that you have sent it, whichever happens first, using the same means of payment you used.

Faulty products

If the product arrives faulty or stops working within the legal guarantee period, get in touch and we will put it right by repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
