Terms of sale
1. Who is selling

2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. They do not include delivery or installation, which are shown separately before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price in force at the time of the order is the one that applies.
3. How an order is placed
You add the products to the cart, enter your details and pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your order number and a summary of the purchase.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank card (and by whatever methods your browser or device supports, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay) through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a payment service provider. The process is completed on a secure Stripe page: card details never pass through this website and are not stored on it.
5. Delivery
We deliver only within mainland Spain. Delivery costs €7.00 per order, VAT included, and takes a maximum of 5 working days from confirmation of payment. We do not deliver to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. If a product is unavailable we will let you know and refund any amount paid.
6. Installation
Installation is not included in the product prices and is quoted separately, because it depends on the distance to the property and on the materials each installation requires. As a guide, a typical installation within a 20 km radius costs around €150. We offer our own installation service on the Costa Blanca, between Altea and Torrevieja: send us your postcode and we will send you a quote before you buy anything. Outside that area, installation is the customer's responsibility and must follow the instructions supplied with the product; we recommend using a professional plumber.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, by writing to info@foracal.es. You may handle the product as much as you need to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, just as you would in a shop; you are only liable for any loss in value beyond that. It must be sent back within 14 calendar days of telling us, and return postage is at the customer's expense. The withdrawal form is available, although you do not have to use it. We will refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the product or proof that it has been sent, using the same means of payment. 8. Guarantee
Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Spanish consumer law (three years from delivery for goods bought by consumers). Cartridges are consumables whose life depends on use, and are therefore covered only against manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by an installation contrary to our instructions, in particular where the head is not fitted horizontally with the arrow pointing the way the water flows.

10. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law, in particular by the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
