Withdrawal form

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. You do not have to use this form: simply telling us clearly, by email or by phone, is enough. We provide it because the law requires us to and because some people find it easier.

The quickest way

Write to info@foracal.es with your order number saying that you withdraw, or call us on +34 623 18 57 77, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. We'll confirm we have it and tell you how to send the product back.

What happens next

You have 14 calendar days from telling us to send the product back. We'll give you the address.
You may have opened the product and handled it as much as you need to establish what it is, what it is like and how it works, just as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value beyond that.
The cost of returning it is yours.
We refund everything you paid, including the €7 delivery, within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the product or of your proof that you have sent it, whichever happens first, using the same means of payment you used.
